Trading Places

Successful commodities broker Louis Winthorpe III sees his comfortable life turned upside down when his wealthy employers make a reckless bet about whether success depends more on upbringing or opportunity. They replace him with street hustler Billy Ray Valentine, setting off a sharp and entertaining clash of social worlds. When the two men discover that they have been manipulated, they decide to turn the tables on those responsible.
