My Fair Lady

In early 20th-century London, Henry Higgins, a brilliant but arrogant professor of phonetics, makes a bet with his friend Colonel Pickering that he can transform Eliza Doolittle, a poor Cockney flower seller, into a refined lady capable of passing for a duchess. Eliza agrees to undergo his demanding lessons in speech and manners, hoping to improve her prospects in life. As her remarkable transformation unfolds, the two frequently clash over their contrasting personalities and social backgrounds.
