A group of young club employees is preparing a lively New Year’s Eve celebration, but their plans are threatened by the club’s bureaucratic director, Ogurtsov, who wants to replace the festivities with a dull and overly formal programme. Determined to save the evening, the young organisers find clever ways to outsmart him and create a joyful New Year’s celebration.
